  Wir haben 6 Tage in London verbracht und waren von unserem Hotel total angetan. Jan, die Besitzerin war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und wir hatten immer einen persönlichen Kontakt.   The room was cleam and not as small as one would expect in Central London. There was hot water and loads of pressure in the shower, unlike in so many hotels we've stayed in London before! Friendly staff, really good value for money for a hotel so close to Oxford St and Hyde Park. I stayed with my Mum and two teenage children in a room with 4 single beds and small en suite. The room was spacious enough for us, 2 large windows which opened fully for fresh air. All in all an excellent value hotel great to use as a base to explore London.

The staff was very forthcoming to adapt our wishes regarding the check out times. - I lived in this hostel from 15 till 27 of April 2013 and I would recommend it, because the location is perfet, 5 min from the tube, rooms are clean and staff is very friendly!   This is a small family-run hotel with lots of character. Our host Lorenzo was friendly & helpful, the food excellent & very reasonably priced, the room small but comfortable. Located in the heart of Hampstead, it's an ideal base for visitors to London who prefer to stay close but not in the centre. The Heath & beautiful Kenwood House are a short stroll away. - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The room was small but comfortable and the location was perfect. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was superb. The building has lots of character. We would definitely stay here again.
