  The reception guy we met twice over the two days we were there was a consumate professional yet at the same time, sincere and gave us a lovely warm welcome !! The complimentary water we got while waiting briefly to book in was a very nice touch. The younguns even met Noel Fielding !!! And he was just lovely. The room was clean and very co - The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They upgraded out room, provided us with free wifi, make excellent suggestions about where to eat and what all to do. I can't say enough about the staff and the amazing rooms! They were luxuries an the beds were extremely comfortable! The location was prime as well, close to the Camden market, great resturaunts, and a close metro stop! Loved the stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and use it for future traveling to London!

  Das Hotel war sehr sauber, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Insbesondere die Lage des Hotels war super. U-Bahn und Busse direkt in der Nähe, aber eigentlich konnte man alles zu Fuss machen.   A room in Imperial College London ! Excellent location , right next door to the Royal Albert Hall where I went for the Proms , small room overlooking main road with crispy white clean sheets , kettle with complimentary tea and coffee and a free bottle of water . Though small , the room was perfectly comfortable ! Wardrobe and a sink with complimen... was die leute sagen » tary shampoo and shower gel . I choose a room with shared bathroom and it was super clean , the shower with plenty of hot water . It has a 24 hours re - Central London location, close to Hyde Park and Royal Albert Hall, although not that close to any tube station. I had a single room with ensuite, which was nice. Can access rooms via a lift, which is good. There is a walk to breakfast, but not a problem. Liked the communal atmosphere - the uni bar is at the bottom of the courtyard and people sit around on the grass enjoying a beverage.
