Also it was good to have a separate entrance to your accommodation so no need to go through the pub bar with your bags. Lots of café/restaurants & shops around the pub. The owners very friendly and helpful.

The lady, front of house, was extremely friendly, very professional and went out of her way to accomodate any queries we had about the hotel and, as importantly, the area.   The room had character, a bit quirky but also neutral enough to appeal to most people. We weren't told that breakfast was included but we had cereal, milk and crockery so we could have some breakfast before we left the next day. We also had a balcony which was nice to sit out on in the sun. Everything was set out nicely for when we arrived. The staff were lovely and we got given cerial and fruit in the morning. In the room was a tv with virgin media, so if you fancied a romantic night in you can watch a film ect. It is very close to the main nightlife in Brighton which means you don't have far to stumble.

  I have stayed at the Queensbury Hotel before as I merely needed a B&B for the night rather than travelling home. The previous room was adequate, in need of some decoration but clean none the less. I then booked this trip and again made my reservation at the Queensbury. The room I had this time was amazing! I was woken up at 4am with some drunken revellers returning but the stay was great - The hotel is very conveniently located - close to an underground car park and the sea front. The room we had was great, clean with nice interior. The only let down was the view. As we were located below the ground level, we had a wall of the neighboring building as the window view. Apart from that everything was really good and we would be going back when visiting Brighton again.

  We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it and come back. The owners are really friendly and helpful and let us leave our bags after we checked out so that we could still enjoy a full day without our luggage. The location was perfect, 2 seconds from the beach and the start of the shops, yet the street was quiet and calm. Definitely the classiest seaside guest ho - The owners were fantastic and even stopped my car from getting a parking ticket, and emailed me to let me know I'd left an item of clothing behind, which they kindly posted for me.......thank you. The room was bigger than I expected and the location is right in the heart of Brighton. If I visit Brighton again I will definitely use this guest house again, so I guess that statement says everything about my stay without waffling on......

Our breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from and set us up for a great day sight seeing, all within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here and wish the lovely ladies running it all the best in the future.
