  Very welcoming and clean. Lovely building with decor to complement it. Owner was very nice and interested in what we had planned. If we needed a taxi he went out of his way to get us one. Vegetarians were also catered for with the breakfast. Rooms were spotless, we stayed in 519 with 2a/1c and had lots of room. Ate dinner n hotel twice ad canno fault the food- v varied menu. We were 2 minutes from the lanes and only a five minute stroll from the sea front & 10 from the pier at the most . - We liked the size of the family rooms. We split the 5 members of the family girls in one room and boys in the other. Breakfast on both mornings was amazing, we never qued or had to ask for something to be replaced. The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.
