  The staff were excellent, made to feel special as we arrived back to our apartment, there was always a friendly welcome and hello also a 'have a good day' when we left. Our last day the staff were happy to hold Our luggage till we needed. My daughter got sick the day we left and prior to us leaving London we were allowed to stay for an extra 2 hrs... was die leute sagen » in the apartment we used for her to rest, which helped her tremendously as we had a long flight back to Australia. Words cant describe how welcome we - The Service was excellent. We received a complimentary upgrade, and the Suite was wonderful. Large, modern, well maintained flat with Living room, Kitchen, separate bathroom and shower, and very spacious bedroom. Complimentary welcome tray, and a complimentary basket of Pastries (I think this is Sundays only) were a really nice touch. They also had two TV's, an iPod/Bluetooth speaker in the living room, and dimmable lights throughout for setting the mood. It is 5 minutes walk from Oxford Circus

Dorset Square Hotel is much more than just a fabulous hotel. Marylebone station is very close (2min walk) so location is great if you come from LHR/Paddington.
