The room we had was fabulous - they had taken note of what my husband had said on the booking form - that it was a birthday treat - and as a result we were upgraded, got a birthday card from the management and complimentary birthday patiserries. Booking know how extensively I stay in hotels and can honestly say this reception has been the best ever - The location was quite good.
