  Everything was great.We were greeted at the door,cases were taken up stairs.Rooms were spotless,nice little touches in the room bottle of water,quality tea,coffee and hot chocolate.The same in the bathroom,you did not need to bring your own toiletries everything was thought of. This was our first time at the Cornerways and we are looking forward to going again.We have already recommended it to familey and fri - We were warmly welcomed by Gloria our hostess. The guest house was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, bedrooms and large tv lounge. The bathroom was not cramped with excellent fittings. Good choice of breakfast starters with lovely breakfast cooked to order. Brilliant value for money - we shall most certainly return.

I had no idea until I got there that this would be such a popular destination on what seemed to be a very early spring day with no particular holidays etc. and until we got to the breakfast room, I thought we were probably the only guests!!!! Our room #3, I believe, had a view of an early spring container garden -- not very fancy, but also totally sheltered fro - Warm welcome, nothing too much trouble, excellent breakfast, beautifully furnished throughout. Bedroom spacious, stayed in rom 6. Travelled by train, so location very near train station was ideal for us. quiet street, but very near town centre and sea front. East, superb Cantonese restaurant near train station, added bonus. Llandudno is a great resort, with so much to do.

  The Lilly is on the beat side of llandudno (the west) within short walk to the main town. Although a work in progess the rooms are clean and comfortable. The Chef is fantastic... if you stay you must treat yourself to an al-a-carte meal there.. excellent. Good food good ale (Mad Hatter on draught).   Again, special thanks for great days in your guesthouse. As a conclusion I can say: You love your "job" Additonally, very nice rooms, great breakfast and lovely hrs at the bar. As I promised, I will be back very soon! - We all have had a great time there and very kindly people served us whenever we needed.

The view from the room was of the back alleyway, but it was very peaceful and we slept with the window open all night, which made the room all the more comfortable.   We really enjoyed our stay at the Lindens, the room was lovely andclean, the owners were extremely friendly and generally lovely people.It was situated perfectly and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
