The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme.
We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor.
The bathroom was not large but modern and clean.
The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard.
The breakfast was excellent.
I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

We particularly appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the wonderful service provided - information on Llandudno, ordering taxis, etc. - We were given a choice to upgrade to a spar room for an extra £10. It was worth it for the sea view and the spar bath.

The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.

The owners are very friendly, the place is warm,cosy and very clean. The breakfast was excellent. We had a nice double room with an efficient shower which had lots of hot water and there was tea coffee and biscuits provided. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped with Molton Brown toiletries which is always a bonus. Nice corner bath too.
A few of us dined in the restaurant Sunday. Food very good as was the extensive wine list. The staff and owner were very friendly so will definitely return again.
