  Wifi connection was free and very fast. although I had to use my own Ethernet cable. Rooms were big a well lit, bright and breezy. Also very quiet.   The welcome was great and the receptionist was very helpful, giving us a map, showing directions and telling us about 'extras', such as the Christmas market. We also liked the fact that TGI Fridays was attached(!) even though we didn't realise we could go straight through from the hotel!   Stayed for Depeche Mode concert at the F.D Arena across the road, so the location was excellent. the room was very clean and comfortable. For anybody wanting to stay somewhere for events at the Leeds Arena, I couldn't recommend this highly enough. Apart from this, it's a very straightforward walk up from the station and not too far at all, so eve... was die leute sagen » n for any other visit to Leeds, this hotel is very convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to consider using this hotel again. - The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. My daughter celebrated her birthday whilst we were staying at the hotel and the staff on duty were wonderful and made the evening special for her. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel is in an excellent location. The flexibility of leaving the bags at the hotel on check-out day whilst we enjoyed some more time in Leeds was also appreciated.
