  This is a small family-run hotel with lots of character. Our host Lorenzo was friendly & helpful, the food excellent & very reasonably priced, the room small but comfortable. Located in the heart of Hampstead, it's an ideal base for visitors to London who prefer to stay close but not in the centre. The Heath & beautiful Kenwood House are a short stroll away. - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The room was small but comfortable and the location was perfect. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was superb. The building has lots of character. We would definitely stay here again.

  Wir haben 6 Tage in London verbracht und waren von unserem Hotel total angetan. Jan, die Besitzerin war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und wir hatten immer einen persönlichen Kontakt.
