This is a quality hotel in a good area. The staff are very professional and the Concierge team (particularly Head Concierge, Rafiq) very helpful. I have stayed 5 - 6 times over the past 9 months and have been in different double rooms each time and all are clean and attractively designed and with adequate space. nights. We were upgraded to a 2 bed 2 bath apartment (having booked a 2

We were grandparents, parents and a two year old. The 2 bedroom,2 bath layout was perfect for us. It wasn't The Savoy, where we stayed last in London, but so good with the family. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to awaken leisurely and enjoy breakfast at our own pace. The layout of the apt. let us share the babytime nicely.
The location was superb; short walk to good Waitrose groceries, and Kensington Park, and even Sloane Square lunch and shopping.

staffs are well trained and exellent service. specially concierge is very helpful and kind, also reception is sincere and friendly.
Breakfast price is reasonable and if we would like to have full english breakfast, we can ask anything.
Locaton is good for shopping, dinning, and close to V&A musium.
Toward Knightsbrigde, we can walk through Wolton street which is interesting.
