  The staff at reception desk so friendly & helpful especially the managers(Raj, Estella & Gula) staff (Ahmed, Lurry & Rid) I made a booking for two interconnecting room but we couldnot got them so we end up with one room because my kids refuse to sleep in 2nd room which was a bit far , Mr.Gula was so nice to passed the issue & get h... was die leute sagen » andled by Mr.Raj & Mrs.Estella they understood the situation; actually was nice of the hotel crew to refund our money back for 1 room & accept - Excellent location, we were worried that it may be noisy in the room because of the location but we never heard a thing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!

  The staff were very friendly & welcoming. It was extremely clean with clean towels every day & plenty of tea/coffee/milk provided.   We stayed at the Gloucester Hotel for 4 days and booked one of the studios, which was on the other side of the street. The room and the bathroom were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and polite (we had a problem with warm water at day one, as we told the staff about it, they fixed it in the next our).   I liked the location .it was very close to the underground.5 minutes walking. and from the bus station, too. direct route with the underground to the centre, almost 15 minutes and with the bus 30 minutes. Next time I came to London, this hotel will be my first choice. I liked it very much because I paied the money when I arrived.
