  Staff were excellent & helpful.young lady on the Tuesday evening with v short blonde hair asset to the hotel along with the breakfast lady who was there everyday (middle age long hair) was so lovely. Rooms were spotless, we stayed in 519 with 2a/1c and had lots of room. Ate dinner n hotel twice ad canno fault the food- v varied menu. We were 2 minutes from the lanes and only a five minute stroll from the sea front & 10 from the pier at the most . - We liked the size of the family rooms. We split the 5 members of the family girls in one room and boys in the other. Breakfast on both mornings was amazing, we never qued or had to ask for something to be replaced. The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.

  The staff were very friendly and accomodating from the start. Staff helping with the luggage up the stairs was a nice suprise. The bed was one of the most comfortable i've slept on. The price was good. Option to leave bags in storage area. Breakfast included. Free wi-fi. Shower in room. Location close to shops, beach and historic sites. Safe area... was die leute sagen » . Design was nice. Clean room. - All the staff were friendly, I was travelling alone and felt safe & secure here. On checking in I was given an emergency number that I could call 24hours - was told that if I got lost finding hostel at night they will help. This was very good. Wifi was available throughout hostel. The cleanliness was to a very high standard.

  The room had character, a bit quirky but also neutral enough to appeal to most people. We weren't told that breakfast was included but we had cereal, milk and crockery so we could have some breakfast before we left the next day. We also had a balcony which was nice to sit out on in the sun. Everything was set out nicely for when we arrived. Was ni... was die leute sagen » ce and relaxed and didn't get penalised for checking out a little after our check out time. - The location was great, right next to the shopping centre, 10 min walk from the station and a 10 min walk down the beach to the pier. The staff were lovely and we got given cerial and fruit in the morning. In the room was a tv with virgin media, so if you fancied a romantic night in you can watch a film ect. It is very close to the main nightlife in Brighton which means you don't have far to stumble.

  It was great to have the fresh flowers in my room the next day, a lovely thought. The breakfast in bed was great. I loved the room, really quaint. Perfect location, and parking too. - Maja is wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for her. We checked in a bit early and it wasn't a problem, breakfast in bed was delicious and we slept well. Little sweets on the pillows was a nice touch! It's in a great location, only a short walk from all the shops and the Lanes, but it was quiet enough to be able to sleep, too! Perfect!
