  We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it and come back. The owners are really friendly and helpful and let us leave our bags after we checked out so that we could still enjoy a full day without our luggage. The location was perfect, 2 seconds from the beach and the start of the shops, yet the street was quiet and calm. Definitely the classiest seaside guest ho - The owners were fantastic and even stopped my car from getting a parking ticket, and emailed me to let me know I'd left an item of clothing behind, which they kindly posted for me.......thank you. The room was bigger than I expected and the location is right in the heart of Brighton. If I visit Brighton again I will definitely use this guest house again, so I guess that statement says everything about my stay without waffling on......

The room was cramped but it was not a surprise given the cost of the accommodation. I barely had to ask for anything during our stay as everything that could make our visit comfortable and pleasant had already been thought of!   Very friendly approachable owners, rooms very well kept, clean and tidy, we had a room that had a refurbished bathroom with a power shower that was excellent. Superb seafront location, could walk to anywhere in 5 mins. Freash homecooked breakfast to order, no warm ups. The hotel was excellent, from the very clean rooms to the view to the food and the service!! We cannot fault it at all! We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning again.   die Lage - We asked for a sea view and got exactly that. Could not have asked for better. Could lay in bed and hear the sea at night. Perfect! Breakfast was good too and on until 11am so we could have a nice sleep in!! Room also came with its own friendly Seagull which came to say hello from time to time.
