Reise erfolgte mit Kleinkind (22 Monate); Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Angabe auf der Homepage, as Babybettchen nichts kostet war falsch, es werden eigentlich 10 Pfund pro Nacht berechnet. The receptionist ( dark hair , European) who checked us in and out was a great advert for the hotel , professional and very friendly , nothing was too much trouble for her . Maja is wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for her. We checked in a bit early and it wasn't a problem, breakfast in bed was delicious and we slept well. Little sweets on the pillows was a nice touch! It's in a great location, only a short walk from all the shops and the Lanes, but it was quiet enough to be able to sleep, too! Perfect!

Boutique feel with themed rooms. It would be nice to have an option of which themed room you get and to see the options online - probably possible if you call them up though.
