  The staff were very welcoming and we were made to feel at home. The location was perfect for our requirements. we would definately use this hotel again on our next visit. It was perfect as a base for visiting son at uni.   We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here in November. l am disabled this was taken into consideration & we were given a room on the ground floor. We have booked to go back in July next year. The bed for once was really comfortable Not hard like a lot of places, there was plenty of hot water, & the room was cleaned every day. We didn't find anything to dislike about this hotel. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. It had a great relaxed atmosphere. The room was small, however it had everything we needed. The en-suite was surprisingly roomy. We could open windows, which is something we like to be able to do. In many hotels it's impossible. The bed was wonderful! We slept more restfully than we had in months. We we definitely stay at the Carisbrooke again and we will recommend it to friends.
