The owners are very welcoming and gave us a lift to the marina saving us £15+ in taxi fair, it also meant we could get off and start the day.   Very welcoming and clean. Lovely building with decor to complement it. Owner was very nice and interested in what we had planned. If we needed a taxi he went out of his way to get us one. Vegetarians were also catered for with the breakfast.
