  Service - we had the warmest welcome - the hosts were amazing. Very friendly and informative - full of tips on where to go to eat and drink. Nothing was too much trouble - they provided a free parking permit for us and even moved thier own car so that we could park closer. It was the best b&b we stayed at during the trip. Room #5 was a hike to get to on the third floor but worth it. The room was tastefully decorated with just enough space for our needs. The shower only bathroom was spacious and modern. The room was quite quiet with a great view. Harry and Douglas and Al were the consummate hosts with an encyclopedic knowledge of Bath restaurants, attractions and event

There was a variety of fresh cut fruit at breakfast, to our delight, and the portions of the cooked breakfast were generous.   We were made to feel very welcome and no question went unanswered. The rooms were small but really nicely decorated. It was such good value for money, centrally located and the breakfast was vast. You need to be aware that the guesthouse is the sister house to The Albany which is at 24 Crescent gardens so you go there for breakfast but it's fon... was die leute sagen » dly a few doors down and means that Albany 33 is quiet with only 4 rooms. Would definitely stay there again, couldn't recommend it highly enough! - Mark and Mary were delightful hosts, attentive to our needs and wishes, plus interesting to talk to as well. The breakfasts were excelent. The room and bed were very comfortable, the facilities clean and new. Sharing a bathroom was not a problem, as there were 2-1/2 baths to chose from. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of downtown and the Royal Crescent. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. We'd stay there whenever we're in Bath again.
