We had completed the "Special Requirements" part of the booking form regarding check in time and received a call from the Brasserie on the same day who were happy to help and accomodate our request. Very attractive and quirky hotel with a great frontage for taking refreshments...even had a heated wooden gazebo! Great room - very spacious and comfortable. Even though there was music every evening it was not noisy. Fab menu and a buzzy atmosphere in the evening. Very attentive staff who were friendly and helpful. The Majestic is a wonderful Edwardian Hotel that is run very efficiently by an enthusiastic staff. The standard of decoration is very high and we loved all the original marble and other features. The room was lovely, bed huge and super comfy with nice linens.
The monsoon shower and double-ended freestanding bath made for a lovely romantic break.

room,The Boars Head is a real gem! In a wonderful,picturesque
location,an ideal base for exploring and shopping! Have stayed in many
top hotels and the attention to detail in The Boars Head is excellent!
On arriving home I realised I had left my phone charger in the hotel
room,and after speaking to the receptionist,my charger arrived through
the post 2 days later.Excellent service!
