  Single room to roadside was clean and tidy, enough space, shower and toilet nearby on the aisle, but for privat use only, was clean and ok, breakfast in the Pub downstairs was continental, a little bit simple but sufficent (coffe/tea, toast, ham, cheese, cereals, juice, fruits), staff friendly and polite. Situated good (10min walk from Kilburn Und... was die leute sagen » erground Station, 20min Jubilee Line ride to city center), Kilburn is very cosmopolite, so there is plenty opportunity nearby for excellent dining (or - Room was very spacious, and even had a cute old fashioned stove as an 'original feature' I assume. Wi-Fi was excellent. Table and chairs so you can eat in the room and not be on the bed which was nice. Also we had a sink, fridge, and stove etc in our room. Would've come in handy on a longer stay. Overall it proved a good option for us, as we have been to London several times before, maybe not the best for a first time visitor.

  I was popping up to london for 2 days for college interviews, and after looking at the price of some hotels it seemed stupid paying near enough £200! I choose a room in a female only dorm,I'd never stayed in a group room before but it was fine, my expectations were majorly exceeded! I don't think ill ever b - The equipment is amazing (other than the very small kitchen), particularly the room (I was in a 4-bed) displayed a very high standard. The breakfast was decent (no fruit anymore though, as visitors had stated in previous reviews). Wifi at the ground floor and nice ares to sit, relax or even work. The location is certainly not central, but Oxford street is 20 mins away and the Jubilee Line will drop you off at St. Paul's or Buckingham Palace in not much more time.   This is a small family-run hotel with lots of character. Our host Lorenzo was friendly & helpful, the food excellent & very reasonably priced, the room small but comfortable. Located in the heart of Hampstead, it's an ideal base for visitors to London who prefer to stay close but not in the centre.
