  The staff were excellent, very friendly and great service. We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system. It was remedied with no fuss or problem

Maybe a little warm but a fan was provided.   Great location, good price, friendly staff, great leisure facilities,lovely modern room with some character. Didn't eat here so cannotcomment about food but menu and bar looked good. - Staff were welcoming, helpful and the food was fantastic and above all the bed was really comfortable. Would heartily recommend.

  I liked the fact that it was located so close to the city that I couldeasily walk to major tourist attractions.   Stayed for one night. From booking in to leaving each one of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable and there was extra pillows if you needed them . The bath was very comforable and quick filling. We went to the Thyme restaurant in the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. The breakfast choices were excellent, with some healthy options. We were allocated a massive double room, (which was also designed to accommodate any disabled guests with wheelchairs) The bathroom was also very spacious indeed - and was a wet room style, with a very efficient shower. The hotel is very conveniently located for the major shopping precincts.

  Hotel is in a good location for Cardiff City Centre. It's clean, with friendly staff, so I think is great value for money.   The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and always a smile on their faces. The rooms were better than we expected, really great value and extremely clean, decorated well and spacious (not like your other standard small rooms where you can barely move).   We have stayed here several times as it so convenient to walk into Cardiff City Centre without having to use the car. The location is great and having the Restaurant on site is a bonus.   Bunk beds very stable and comfortable mattress. Breakfast provision very good. Free car parking. Went Nov 23rd and room was so warm, all night. No draughts or noise from main road or trains. - Such great value for money. Very clean and comfortable, basic rooms but everything you need. We loved our stay here and would 100% come back.
