  The staff were excellent, very friendly and great service. We had dinner on one occasion and breakfast on both mornings of our stay at the hotel and all three meals wee superb. - easy to get to , facilities were very good. staff were very helpful as one of the 2 rooms booked did not get to the hotel system. It was remedied with no fuss or problem

  Great location, good price, friendly staff, great leisure facilities,lovely modern room with some character. Didn't eat here so cannotcomment about food but menu and bar looked good. - Staff were welcoming, helpful and the food was fantastic and above all the bed was really comfortable. Would heartily recommend.

  I liked the fact that it was located so close to the city that I couldeasily walk to major tourist attractions. I also appreciated the use ofthe free car park. - The Mercure Lodge Hotel, Cardiff is a great hotel based about 5 mins from the centre - An excellent base for a weekend in Cardiff. Would reccomend :o)

  Stayed in an apartment not hotel. Ideally situated, great value and extremely clean and comfortable. Will definitely return. Lady booking us in was extremely helpful. - It was quite close to the city centre - only a 20 minute walk. \It wasvery secure and the apartment was immaculate and well presented.

Very helpful and genuinely nice staff on reception and in bar and restaurant and the price for the room was very good value when you consider for the standard of the hotel and its excellent facilities. - The hotel is modern and well... was die leute sagen » equipped. The room was clean and comfortable with good facilities and the staff attentive without being intrusive. The gym and pool were clean and easy to use. Cardiff Bay and Millennium Centre are a genuine and gentle 15 - 20 minute walk away.
