  The lady was exceptionally helpful with making breakfast earlier for me, giving directions to my next destination and ensuring I had everything I needed.Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. - Nice rooms, with everything we could possibly need. Really friendly people, great breakfast. Would recommend to anyone going to Bude.

Highly recommended - we hope their investment is rewarded - they deserve it! - We had a lovely week at the Edgcumbe which has been recently tastefully refurbished to a high standard. The staff were a joy and could not do enough to help. The food, both breakfast, and dinner which we enjoyed on two nights, was excellent. We will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again if we are in that area. Many thanks to everyone at the hotel.

  Everything about this B&B was excellent. We were greeted by Angela and Lee who were very friendly and helpful. The Houndapitt is set amongst rolling hills and you get a sense of peacefulness as soon as you arrive. Although placed in a countryside setting this B&B is only 5 minutes drive from a beach. Breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble for A - Really cannot recommend this place enough, what a lovely friendly place. This has to be the best B & B I have ever stayed at. When we arrived we were greeted by the owners who were so accommodating. We had a peaceful nights sleep in a lovely comfortable bed. The breakfast was great and you could have anything you wanted. If anyone can find anything to grumble about this place then they really need to get a life.

Above all I would say that despite long hours of dealing with the general range of customers needs in a busy environment, all - I had visited bude about ten years ago but was unable to see much of the area as it was for a bereavment so i wanted to spend a little more time there so i returned there this time last year unfortunately i was delayed in my arrival and the weather was not to great but the Brendon Arms was most wecoming and i hand a fantastic meal that night which made me want to return which i did getting more time to enjoy Bude and the Brendon Arms was just as good as last year.
