The hotel was a gem, exactly what I hoped it would be. Staff were excellent & helpful.young lady on the Tuesday evening with v short blonde hair asset to the hotel along with the breakfast lady who was there everyday (middle age long hair) was so lovely. We liked the size of the family rooms. We split the 5 members of the family girls in one room and boys in the other. Breakfast on both mornings was amazing, we never qued or had to ask for something to be replaced. The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.

A very large party of 14 adults booked for the first weekend in October. The hotel was excellent, from the very clean rooms to the view to the food and the service!! We cannot fault it at all! We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning again. Nothing was too much trouble! Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay.

A modern hotel with free wi-fi and free facility of an ironing room which proved useful. We stayed in a standard room with good wet room at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy road but we heard no traffic noise. The air conditioning very efficient. Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic right by the station and a short walk to the north laines. Room was clean and spacious, fairly functional but that's not a bad thing. The lobby and communal areas and well decorated and welcoming. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor and slept soundly even with the window open- anyone who has visited Brighton before will appreciate how rare this is!!

Excellent location only 5 mins walk from the pier and town center. Reception staff incedibly helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Highly reccomend staying here- don't worry about no breakfast there are many good options within easy walking distance. -
