England was experiencing one the worst heat waves in years and of course there was no air conditioning. The bed was huge, and the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the ensuite wetroom a delight. There were thoughtful touches everywhere- a coffee machine, lovely biscuits, and chocolate; bath robes and toiletries; a smart tv and WiFi....

We stayed in a small double, description was very accurate, but decent for 1 night stay. Breakfast was lovely, well cooked and plenty of. The seafront is massive - Although on the small side, the room was cosy, comfortable and very clean. Lovely big, soft fluffy towels provided as well as a complimentary bottle of water and tea/coffee making facilities. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was yummy. Short walk into town centre either along the promenade or through town.
