  Lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an inland double and the room was clean and bright, and warm on such a cold weekend. Very comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great (although it is over a bath). The free parking was a bonus, and it's not far to walk to the hotel. - The food was outstanding, the ... was die leute sagen » room was lovely. We felt very comfortable there. Will definatly book again. The staff were very helpful and polite, have recommend this hotel to my friends.

  Reise erfolgte mit Kleinkind (22 Monate); Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich. Angabe auf der Homepage, as Babybettchen nichts kostet war falsch, es werden eigentlich 10 Pfund pro Nacht berechnet. Auf unseren Hinsweis auf die Homepage hin, mußten wir diese Gebühren nicht bezahlen, was wir sehr fair fanden. The staff made us feel at home, nothing was too much trouble and I can say that no other hotel I have ever stayed at, even at a higher star rating has had a better standard in everything. - Staff were very friendly and room was very large and comfortable and with a sea view as an added bonus

  The receptionist ( dark hair , European) who checked us in and out was a great advert for the hotel , professional and very friendly , nothing was too much trouble for her . We were very impressed . - location....all the staff were very friendly...bed was lovely room was of reasonable size.....hotel made our weekend most excellent

  Staff were excellent & helpful.young lady on the Tuesday evening with v short blonde hair asset to the hotel along with the breakfast lady who was there everyday (middle age long hair) was so lovely. Rooms were spotless, we stayed in 519 with 2a/1c and had lots of room. Ate dinner n hotel twice ad canno fault the food- v varied menu. We were 2 minutes from the lanes and only a five minute stroll from the sea front & 10 from the pier at the most . - We liked the size of the family rooms. We split the 5 members of the family girls in one room and boys in the other. Breakfast on both mornings was amazing, we never qued or had to ask for something to be replaced. The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.
