The hotel was clean and so close to the pier. Great location, great value for money and lovely owners. Definately recommend it for those looking to stay in a small hotel in Brighton.

looking at the past reviews, I didn't know whether to book. We had such a lovely time the hotel was great and the hotel facilities are excellent. We will return again in November. - Everything about the hotel was great. Very friendly people and lovely big open rooms and with an excellent service.

Maja is wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for her. We checked in a bit early and it wasn't a problem, breakfast in bed was delicious and we slept well. Little sweets on the pillows was a nice touch! It's in a great location, only a short walk from all the shops and the Lanes, but it was quiet enough to be able to sleep, too! Perfect!

Helen, the owner of Boydens house, was extremely friendly and welcoming us with bright smile. The room we stayed as fantastic, especially for young couple and breakfast was great too.
Just a few mins to walk to central Brighton and Brighton Pier, and lots of restaurants, pubs, bars, and supermakets around area.
I'd like to strongly recommend it to my friends and families.

I liked everything! I have never before been so impressed with a hotel or B&B. Great welcome, wonderful, thoughtful customer service with fantastic attention to detail. Amazing breakfasts served every day and clean well-presented and very comfortable rooms. I barely had to ask for anything during our stay as everything that could make our visit comfortable and pleasant had already been thought of!
