  I thought it would be awful based on the reviews here but was so pleasently suprised. The staff were great. The rooms are budget accomadation with far better facilities than a hostel. You get your own toilet and shower, tv, towels, full length mirror and tea facilities. For the price they charge you are really getting a bargain. Do not go expecting 5 star, think hostel and you will find it's a lot nicer than that. - Cost effective for a group of lads who would only be using the room to shower and sleep. Made to feel welcome and provided facilities to store our bikes. We got what we paid for which was a room with a television, tea/coffee facilities, comfortable beds and a en-suite bathroom with a decent shower. The hotel was near the seafront so not far to walk to find somewhere to eat and drink.

We stayed in 'Lewes', a small room, very nicely designed (with an emphasis on glass blocks) and furnished. It was next to the lift (elevator) but we were not at all disturbed by operating noise. Even thou we were only there for two nights we felt that we had had a very relaxing time and felt very refreshed. - The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming.
