  Just like being at home, fabulous, the staff were very helpful with a relaxed but professional attitude.The breakfast was outstanding, more than we would have wished for..lovely fresh blueberries, strawberries and pineapple prepared with care. My husband had the English breakfast which was beautifully cooked to order and plentiful. Thank you all at theie Winter Dene, wish we could have stayed longer..next ti - I had booked a family room and on arrival we were shown both available family rooms and were given the choice of which room we preferred - not something I've experienced before. The room (12) was large, well set up for a family of 1 or 2 adults and 2 children as there is a king size double bed and two singles, with a pannelled wall separating adults from children, whilst still being in the same room. Hotel very clean and comfy for a family break.

  A traditional family hotel run with so much care. Everywhere was spotless even the décor and lighting in extremely good order.- we didn't see one light bulb not working properly! Food excellent and staff so friendly. The garden facing the cliff top is wonderful and in good weather taking either morning coffee or afternoon tea it is so relaxing... was die leute sagen » . - Staff were friendly and very professional. I was running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October and I asked Petar on reception if it was possible to delay my checkout by an hour so I could come back to the hotel and shower. He was able to do this and I really appreciated it as I was travelling back to London.
