  We had a brilliant 2 day stay here. The room was fitted out really well and to a high standard, e.g. a memory foam mattress and a really solid, classy bathroom with a super shower that pleased the American boyfriend who's always amazed at our piddly English offerings...in this case he got 2 shower heads at full force! Taxi fares back were £6-7ish but Catherine and Jamie seeme - A wonderful home away from home. A very neat place, Jamie and Catherine are the most friendly hosts I have ever met. Offered me a lift into town, my room was beautiful with a beautiful view of the city of Bath from the verandah. My breakfast was cooked to my needs. I will definitely stay here again and again.   We absolutely loved The Old Smithy Loft and will be recommending it to friends and anyone else we can. It was very comfortable, very clean and just so welcoming, we wished we had stayed longer. Its also a beautiful walk into Bath city centre and not too far either we did take a taxi to the Thermae Spa (which is also lovely and relaxing and definit... was die leute sagen » ely to be recommended) but we walked in later. All in all The Old Smithy Loft is a great place to stay. - I liked everything about this location. The guest amenities were thoughtful, caring and very welcoming. The location is excellent, the flat was very warm and comfortable. The owners did everything in their power to leave us with nothing to want for. It was a home away from home and such a beautiful experience. I am grateful to the owners for making my stay a comfortable and memorable one. They truly care about their guests. I can't wait to go back.
