Run by a very friendly, welcoming and helpful couple. The breakfasts were excellent. They were helpful in suggesting good places to eat in the town. The property was very clean and in a good state of repair and decoration. It is within easy reach of the motorway and a good location to break a north/south journey. -

Our stay was all we had expected when we booked.

Nicely decorated rooms in a restored Victorian house in the centre of the small town of Annan. Wide choice of breakfasts, including vegetarian options. Nice riverside walks around Annan. -
It was lovely, clean, roomy and comfortable. The guy was very friendly. St parking right outside. We were very happy with our stay. The only problem was wifi.
