  Everything there was nothing that either me or my partner could fault. Oh expect the size of the towels but that is more of a prefrence. However apart from that, The owners were very lovely, and wonderful, making you feel at home. The property is kept really clean and the owners John and Kay are really friendly and helpful. We have now been twice and plan to return again in the near future. Oh and the Breakfast is spot on.

  Excellent customer service from the minute of entering right through to leaving. Nothing was too much for them. Everywhere you went it was clean.   We had the garden room which was ideal because we could come and go by using the side gate when we liked without disturbing anyone in the main house. Julie the owner was always very friendly and around if u needed her. We booked room only and she kindly gave us plates, bowls and cutlery so we could buy our own.   The Hotel is within walking distance of the centre of the town, but far enough out to be quiet. I enjoyed my first stay there so much, Ive revisited 3 years in a row. Although I havent made use of all the facilities, they do have their own laundry, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. On arrival we were allocated room 9 which is probably the pick of all the rooms due to the lovely balcony overlooking Tolcarne Beach.
