  The staff was nearly perfect and helpful, they solved our problems immediately. Although there were 2 kids beside us i feel myself very safe. It was quiet hotel and confortable. The place was very close to metro station and shop market, so it is east to city tour. Once you arrive at the hotel you don't need a car, its next to the DLR, which some would say is a disadvantage but there was no sound, in fact we had 2 very peaceful nights. The Brewers fayre was very busy, but the staff were very polite and friendly, the food was great, very efficient, we will be back

Although this hotel is not in the centre of London, the DLR line (a metro line on the surface) station Prince Regent has direct access to the hotel and the station of Tower Gateway, in the centre of London, is within a trip of 15 minutes.   We travelled to London to attend a concert at the O2 Arena. The room we had was ideal, We could see the arena from our bedroom window and overlooked the green at the front. The free parking was great, and after settling our things into our room, we enjoyed the delights of a beer in the beautiful beer garden at the rear. 10 minute walk to the arena... was die leute sagen » , enjoyed the concert and back for last orders. Next day started with a full English, walk to the River Thames, caught a Clipper and 30 minutes later - Really pleased with the look and feel of the place. Its just been refurbished and it’s been really well done. Lovely decor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was really busy with people due to go to the concert so if your after a quiet drink you might want to go in a little later but the staff coped well and drinks were served without too much delay. Well located for a concert as only a short walk to the O2 and station

  We couldn't have had a nicer stay!! We chose the Angerstein Hotel due to it's location from the o2 (a £5 taxi ride away, between three of us) and the price of the room (I think £110).
