This is a grand hotel and the staff were exceptional. The best hotel i have stayed in for years! excellent value for money, we had a nice lcd tv a massive bed, fully stocked kitchen, a dvd player, freeview, a selection of magazines, a great get started folder with details of how to use the microwave etc, also included were menus from all the local food places. i love this place and recomend it as the
... was die leute sagen » best on Bath road, even most of the 5* places - It was very affordable, definitely the best value that we found, especially since we needed a reservation for 3 people and Heathrow hotels are notorious for charging extra for more than 2 people in a room. We needed a room for the night in the middle of a 2 day travel schedule to get home. Very easy to access the airport, as the front desk personnel arranged a taxi to the airport for us.

I would strongly recommend yotel for the purpose for which iIused it i.e. an overnight stay before an early flight. There were no tea making facilities but plenty around to buy in the airport . Gutes Business-Hotel - It was excellent. I loved the newly renovated room. Everything worked sowell. I loved the bath tub and shower facilities, and the wonderful bedwith the duvet cover. The staff were very friendly and very willing to help in every way. The King size bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great. The Hopper shuttle service was very convenient and punctual and had us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport

Excellent value for money. For what you pay you get a good basic room with Freeview TV and tea and coffee making facilities. I stayed in the budget room with shared bathroom, but never had to wait to use the bathroom at all. The bed was adequately comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent, really good Full English.
There are no evening meals served in the hotel itself but there are plenty of local restaurants and takeaways.
Staff are polite and very helpful.
I've since been back twice.
