We had a two night stay and earlier on the day we were to check in I broke my ankle. The staff went above and beyond being caring and helpful. They brought my breakfast to the room as going up and down stairs was difficult. They spoke with the British Red Cross and helped us get a wheelchair to use during the rest of our visit in Wales.
