  We really enjoyed our trip to Zonguldak and the stay at Dedemen. The city itself is truly at a beautiful location, but the constant smell of coal in the air is a little disturbing. Even so, we enjoyed the spa and amenities and the friendliness of the staff.   The attitude of the staff was amazing. You will feel yourself their personal guest in their home. They always try to meet your requirements and do it in the best way they can do. Location is a bit far from center but very calm. - cheap and clean the manager and other staff were quite freindly and helpful. Indeed, the hotel is located on the outskirts of the old town, but the hotel staff can drive you there. Also, they can pick you up from the Safranbolu bus terminal. If you take taxi from the hotel to the old town, it costs about 15 lire. The breakfast was really great, above the average quality.
