  A budget friendly hotel in a great location. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city, about 5 min walk from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern, etc. The tram station is also a few minutes walk. Great value for money, especially taking into account the excellent location. - Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The locations is GREAT - 2 min walk to Aya Sofia and Sultanahmet Camii, 5 min walk to Gulhane Park, 10 min walk to Galata Bridge. The tram station is also a few minutes walk. The rooms are clean and quiet. Possibility to parking the car. Working WiFi. We will definitely go back to Anadolu Hotel when we are back in Istanbul. Thank you for everything Anadolu Hotel :)

  We travelled as a family of 5 with a young 18 month old child and stayed in the family room - Hassan and the rest of the hotel staff could not have been more hospitable and helpful. There was a mosque too right next to our room, but only for males. Market - we arrived on Wednesday and there was a market selling fruit, vegetables, cheeses and much more. A good way to save on food! They provide a small gas burner and basic cutlery, you might want to bring a small pocket knife.
