  The staff was Extremely friendly - the owner would always stop and ask how our day was and was very helpful. He even let us keep our bags overnight in the room when we went on a tour to Gallipoli for no extra charge.   I liked almost everything about this hostel. The best I have ever stayed in. We were very well received, they are excellent hosts. The room was clean and was very pleasent. The common area is super friendly and you have the chance to get to know people from all over the world. The kitchen is always very clean which for me is very important. The bathrooms are Ok(+) for c - Staff was very helpful and caring. Hotel is located between Taksim, Eminonu and Besiktas also close to the ferries to Asian continent. If you dont want to spend money, you can cook your own meal in kitchen and have tea, coffee. Beds are comfortable, sheets are clean. Whole building is warm even its snow and northeastern wind outside. I recommend that cosy hostel especially for travellers alone.

  I ilked the personal touch. When I first wrote them they got envolved in the reason of my trip, and I immediatly felt they were friends. When I arrived late at night they were wonderful and welcomed me with a cup of hot tea. The breakfast is awesome, and they served it a little earlier because I had a tight schedule in Istanbul. The internet is great, the location perfect and they arranged for my airport pick up an - We normally don't stay in dorms, but our experience was great. The staff were accomodating and friendly. Dorms were clean and spacious with big windows, comfortable beds, and lockers. The building is old, but charming and appeared to be well-maintained. Location is convenient and surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of Galata. Water cooler and brewed coffee at breakfast was a welcome bonus. A strong reccommend.

  We stayed as a group of three this May. Everything was just fine and smooth. Location is really perfect, just a few steps away from the busy Istiklal Ave, but very quiet (though we heard the echo of the nightclubs at night, they did not disterb us). The staff as friendly and helpful as can be, always there and ready to give good advise. Breakfast was also good and towel is provided for a deposit. There is also a kitchen where you can have your meal and free tea/coffee and meet other travelers.
