  My friend and I stayed for 4 nights the apartment we had was ideal for our needs ,It was ideally located for visiting all tourist sites ,but you need to be fit for the steep hills ,very clean ,lovely Bulgarian maid came in every day and changed towels and bed again on third day, we did not realize breakfast was included but was fantastic ,after th... was die leute sagen » at we didn't need to eat till evening time ,restaurants very near by and reasonable prices ,they have taken over a building opposite,and are opening m - clean rooms and apartments, food good , very friendly stuff and managers ,you can keep ur luggage after check out at hotel until your flight time , its a group of buildings including SUR HOTEL , its budget and cost saving for staying near the historical places which is 4 mins walking from the hotel

  The value and quality of our "apartment" was better than most of the best hotels we have stayed at around the world. We had the top floor with the balcony/patio overlooking the Sea of Marmara and our neighborhood. Very romantic and very beautiful. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the wi-fi and appliances (a/c, kitchen) worked perfe... was die leute sagen » ctly well. It is also walking distance to the Blue Mosque, St Sophia, and Topkapi Palace. A safe, quiet and noiseless place, outskirts of the old part of Isrtanbul, close to sea embankment and fish market (2-3 minutes), next to Armenian church and patriarchate (the view from the window is just like here in booking, ask for N9), 10-15 min walk to Small Hagia Sophia (Kucuk Ayasofya... was die leute sagen » Camii) and Sokollu Camii - both worth visiting, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. Comfortable and large rooms, large bathroom. If you want to save mon - Very good apartments. Clean rooms with new furniture: beds for adults and a child, wardrobe, table, chairs, etc. Kitchen corner, frige, gas cooker, cups, plates, and utensils.The apartmants are in the old part of Istanbul, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. 5 min to the sea embankment, a fish market and fish restaurants. Frendly personnel fluent in English and Russian (special thanks to Yildiz!). Very well for family tourism.

  Great location. Apartments are a few steps away from Galata tower and 5 min walk to Istiklal street. There are many cafes and restaurants right next to Galata tower. A cab ride to sultanahmet took us 10 mins and 20- 25 lira ( taxi meter better than prenegotiated rate). Manager was very nice and accommodative. Rooms were clean and sofa-bed was comf... was die leute sagen » ortable. Almost all amenities included which made things easy especially with young kids. A small grocery store and money exchange in the back street. - The size of the apartment was of a good size of about 36 sq.m with the sofa bed being able to be folded into bed making our stay with the Kids much conveninent. The location of the apartment is excellent within close proximity to the shopping area of Estiqlal in Taksim and also metro/trump stations. The hospitality of the management was handled with excellent care by Mr. Takin and his team.
