As far as I understood, the "hotel" actually consists of four
apartments. Ours included two big and clean rooms, one of which could
also be used as a kitchen. This turned out to be the best variant for a
big family (we were six). The staff (not that big and not always
present in the "hotel" but always reachable by phone) is
really helpful (well, w

though) and polite. The location may at first glance be thought as
being far from Sultanahmed, the "heart" -
- Staff friendliness: Mehmet and Anna were very helpful from the day I arrived (although I arrived late). Mehmet saw me at the bus station (not very far from the apartment building). Although this was 1 AM. Second day, Anna checked if I needed anything else and kept her and Ahmet's mobile numbers. She also provided me with details regarding the area around. Things she didn't know she researched.

Wonderful hotel right in the middle of Tekstilkent,very business friendly location. The Istanbul ring main line are within 5 min walking distance - if that. - Helping & welcoming staff.
- Newly opened (since 3 months)
- Forum Istanbul, Carrefor, Imea, BauHaus & many other facilities are nearby (less than 10 minutes drive).
- The building is higher than all the around structures (good view of the surrounding area).
- Family oriented hotel.
- Breakfast served was very nice (quality & variety wise).

The hotel is in a good location for the tram and tourist sites, close to
the Blue Mosque. Gaye is a delightful lady who is very helpful and more
than happy to ensure the stay is very good. The breakfast offered what I

Hotel was really nice..old style, rooms clean and warm ( we were in november in it was really cold that time). Stuff very nice, airport transportation was a big plus. hotel is really near all the historical monuments..we have small kids so even they were happy to walk because it was so close. In general was very very good.
