  I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager . Great effort and deserve every penny and very close from aya sofia and top kappi and heart of the old ... was die leute sagen » city . small and simple >>>I like these kind of hotels and for sure if coming to Istanbul again alone or with family will stay in this hotel - The staff were courteous and very welcoming. This was like a breath of fresh air as I had experienced difficulty with another hotel called best Nobel And Nobel hotel so was beginning to think Istanbul was not good for solo female travellers!!! I have booked again for 6 nights in February so I can fully experience the hotel's fine hospitality
