It is walk up apartments and my 73 year old mother and 2 young kids had some difficulties but the room was comfy and the view nice so they didn't mind walking. When we arrived to hotel the girl who gave us keys were little late so we had to wait her for a while since there was no direct reception. Doors had unbelievable safe locks sinc - This is my 2nd stay at the apartment and 10 out of 10 highly recommended.The apartment is in the city center which made it convenient to move around.The staff were extremely responsible ,polite,warm and friendly.The most important thing is that cleaning for me I can say that the lady who cleans the apartment was doing her best.Public transports on your door step.Reasonably price .

  Excellent staff ( Yildirim and Ofuk). The staff was supper nice. The owner, Aziz, was helpful and tried to help ASAP. Very close to Galata Tower and Galata bridge and to the Bosphoros. It is great for young people, close to istikal street, taksim, all good location to see and visit. We definetly would stay in this hotel.
