  The hotel was hospitable. I made a terrible mistake and had booked dates for march and turned up in february. The staff instantly rectified my mistake and changed the dates else I would have lost my booking and money. The breakfast was very nice and filling. They even had a waffle maker which as nice. Hotel is connected to a large shopping mall that is accessable without going outside if the weather is bad. The mall has a lot of good restaura - Even if the street leading up to the hotel is a little shabby and the lobby area is not great the room I had was fine and spacious and the breakfast was good.
