  The staff where very helpfull and at all times friendly greeting with a smile! Although we had some loud pigs also staying at the hotel the staff where there bright and early cleaning up our room had fresh towels every day with topup coffee ect. Just wish there where more to do in richardsbay it self or like the locals would say retard bay. - Roo... was die leute sagen » ms are basic but comfortable and it's always good to have a kettle. Staff very friendly and willing to accommodate requests (eg. fridge, hairdryer). Central position to shops, beaches, and small craft harbour.
