  We booked a airport transfer through the guesthouse, who was there waiting for us when we landed. When we arrived at the guesthouse we had a warm welcomefrom a lovely lady who offered us breakfast as we arrived so early. We were able to check in straight away. Next time I visit Cape Town I will we consider staying with the Sweet Lemon B&B.
