  We were greeted personally by the owners and made extremely welcome. We were given information about our location and provided with a very good street map. We were also given good information on places to eat and interesting excursions. The owners were always available, in our all too short stay (2 nights).   Marvellous place. Another one reason to come back to Knysna, just to stay there. It's more, than just a hotel. The place not just to get the bed and breakfast, but to enjoy every minute. - Every thing. Staff was very friendly and helpful, owner was more like a long time friend.
