They were very apologetic and friendly and I ended up not being bored or lonely in my room, but sitting outside chatting to the owner and staff.   My family and I had a very comfortable stay in the cottage in the Paradiso. We had separate access through a private garage which was great.There was plenty of room for all the family with all the facilities that we needed.
