  Although its in the city, you don't get to hear to city noise and the views from the hotel are very nice - From arrival to departure, we were made to feel that we were guests and not just people to fill rooms. We would stay there again when next we visit Durban.

  The special treats at night by closing the curtains, open of beds and chocolates were very special and a nice touch. The design and re-use of an old building is such a clever idea and most pleasing to the eye. The chef at breakfast as well as supper and presentation was excellent. The venue is also very peaceful and quite, so if you want to relax, away from the "city in the city", this is ideal. We also loved the lounge area outside in the courtyard, so if you want to have your meal or drinks outside the restaurant, it makes it an excellent option.
