The service is great - Our water was not very hot the first night (probably something i was not doing correctly) and they fixed it while we were out having breakfast.   We had a wonderful stay at Tonquani. Staff were friendly and welcoming, we were upgraded to a luxury cabin which had everything we could ask for. We marvelled at the wild guinea pigs! But if you don't make it for the room with lagoon view, breakfast area has perfect view as well. Breakfast was very good.
