  We are lucky to have chosen Birokrat Hotel for our three-week stay in Ljubljana. Very spacious rooms and apartments well equipped with all modern facilities. Very professional and hard-working manager of the hotel who does his best to satisfy the needs of the guests. The rooms are air-conditioned and you can regulate the temperature, when it is cold ou - The Birokrat was in a convenient location just a 15 minute bus ride to the city center. We were very please with the quality of the room which was modern and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and directions. They also went out of their way to mail a library book and glasses that we left in the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

  Although being situated a few kilometres out of the centre of town it was a brilliant place to stay for a few days. Very close to shopping malls and plenty of places to eat. €5 taxi into town and the staff would gladly order one. The hotel was spotless and the staff were so helpful. Although hotel was 100 % full you would never have known it. Very quiet. Great litt - The room was very comfortable(very nice beds). Service from check in to check out was outstanding. Breakfast was very good. Kristen at the front desk was a very big help with transportation to and from the center city. All of our needs/requests were fulfilled quickly and to our liking. We were traveling with two smaller kids and the staff made this trip one to remember!

  Great location as smack bang in the middle of the old town area, by the Triple Bridge; can walk to anything. Room was basic but fine for our needs & was clean & tidy. We only stayed here one night, but were very impressed with the chap at Reception as we were leaving about 6am (before breakfast) the next day, so he arranged for lunch packs... was die leute sagen » to be made up & waiting for us as we checked out - fantastic! We didn't use it but they have as self service laundry which is very rare for a ho - the staff is very welcoming and helpful. the rooms are very clean and rather big. the hotel itself is in the center of the pedestrian zone which means on one hand to get there you need to park the car and go by foot (7-10min), but on the other hand it's very close to the center of the city and to the river. there is free good signal wifi in the rooms.

  Another hotel with outstandingly friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and well designed. Hotel is located next to a hospital but not really a problem as the hotel is located within easy and short and beautiful walking distance of the downtown square. The wait staff also was great and the food was of good quality at - The hotel is in a very quiet spot but still the excellent location is walking distance from everything important to see and do; the staff were outstanding, friendly and ready to help with bookings and special info. My room was spacious, with good furniture, crisp white linen and had everything I needed. The free wi-fi was great to use my iPad. TV also had a few English programmes for when the feet were too tired for more walking. All-in-all - a hotel I will recommend in a city that I fell

  The staff are extremely helpful and sympathetic to our requirements and concerns. They go way out of their way to make the stay pleasant and arranging things outside the hotel easy. This time I had a normal double room, which is already quite spacious and as comfortable as the junior suite I had before (which is even bigger and surprises with a huge, round bed). Minibar is free of charge in all rooms:-). Great and polite staff, natural instead of artificial, always having good ideas, and real experts of German football:-).
